"There is something liberating about saying YES to connection with other moms and babies". My onli No prior yoga experience is necessary.

The Classes:
Babies laugh, cry, feed, sleep while parents enjoy time to stretch, tone, strengthen and restore themselves. The space allows for comfortable feeding, diaper changing and care for the babies. We sing, learn infant massage tips, and creative games for all to enjoy. The Teacher:

She asked to get in my pool right now to induce labor.
Her water broke as soon as I started floating her with my hands under her sacrum and the back of her heart.
We’re off to the hospital. . .
YAY!!!! 😍

My family is unique. We incorporate the beauty of global sound healing instruments in the dining room. Tonight we gave thanks to all the local farmers who provided the fresh tomatoes, basil, beets, lettuce, chicken eggs, goat cheese and squash.

Friends!
My life has been filled with so much change and shifts in professional rediscovery.
The ONLY vacation I absolutely must participate in is the summer yoga retreat hosted by Julianne Rice Yoga.
I have attended this every August and it's a life game changer.
The location is Land of Medicine Buddha which is an experience you will never forget. We'll be immersed in forest bathing and so much more. The meals are prepared with love and fresh garden ingredients. Step out of your busy life and enliven your childlike curiosity again.
Join me and other yoga enthusiasts August 8 - 11.
There are only three reservations left.
