We want you to feel at home here and we will do whatever we can to make your visits as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to give you the best dental care available. I will recommend for you the same treatment I would want for

my children, my wife or myself. I will also strive to give you the same level of care I would expect for my family. We want you to be completely informed about every aspect of your treatment. We will do our best to explain our recommendations, procedures, fees and payment options. We encourage you to ask questions and to let us know if you need additional information about your dental care. Our team wants to build a relationship of trust and friendship with you that will help put you at ease during dental treatment. Our desire is to develop a professional relationship and a personal relationship with you and your family. Dr Mohr is awesome! He is a very nice and caring dentist. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. I really don’t like going to the dentist but the atmosphere is amazing there. I would definitely recommend Pampa Dental Arts to anyone that’s looking for a dentist.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

-Clinical experience and/or willingness to learn in assisting the doctor with surgical extractions, root canals (including molars), crown and bridge, fillings, dentures, implant restoration, and more.

-Taking digital radiographs.

-Digital impressions with an intraoral scanner with some traditional impressions and pouring of stone models.

-Sterilization and infection control management.

-Dental supply inventory management.

-Treatment notes, record keeping, charting, and treatment plan recording with digital dental records.

-Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.

-Supporting a positive patient experience and the delivery of quality dentistry

-All team members have light office cleaning duties

-Flexibility and willingness to support front desk staff and general office operations as needed

Essential Characteristics and Abilities:

-Self-motivation
-Professionalism
-Positive Attitude
-Teamwork

Educational Requirements:

-RDA Certification
-BLS Certification
-High School Diploma or GED

Compensation based on qualifications.
