Mental health is just as important as physical health. 💙

Life isn’t always perfect, and there are times when we all struggle, feel overwhelmed, or need support. This Mental Health Awareness Month, remember:
✨ You are stronger than you think
✨ A small step is still a step forward
✨ Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness

We want our community to know that you are never alone. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply going through a difficult season, support and resources are available.

Take a moment to read our latest blog about the importance of mental health awareness and caring for your emotional well-being: https://panahospital.com/news-and-events/the-checkup/article/2026/05/mental-health-matters

If you or someone you love needs support, our mental health team is here to help. Call 217-562-2544 to learn more about our counseling services.
