People hate responsibility and action, they will take what they must for their job, their kids, their profession, but anything more and they do not want it.
And let us be honest, many people are suffering from lifestyle diseases, diseases that are fed and sustained by the very choices they repeat every single day.
Modern medicine is the op**te of the masses.
It is not your diet, it is not your lifestyle, it is not your stress, it is not anything you are doing, it is just your genetics.
Take a medication and that is it.
It is easy.
It is not your fault.
You are not to blame.
You are a victim of your biology.
You take the medication and move on with your life, no responsibility, no accountability, and meanwhile the lifestyle that created the problem continues without interruption.
Root cause healing is the complete opposite.
Yes, it is you.
It is what you eat or do not eat.
It is what you are exposed to or not exposed to.
It is the pathogens you do not clear.
It is the stress you do not manage.
It is the habits that sustain the very disease you say you want to heal.
People do not like that.
It puts them in a crisis.
You are telling me it is an infection?
You are telling me it is toxins?
You are telling me I have to cleanse?
I have to be consistent with food, nutrition, sleep, detox?
Nobody has time for that.
Nobody wants that responsibility.
Because the moment you admit there is a cause, you admit there is a solution, and the moment you admit there is a solution, you admit you have to take action.
Most people reject that instantly, they would rather stay in a system that never asks them to change, because change threatens their identity.
But there is a trade off.
Medications do not heal, they block, they cut, they inhibit, they antagonize, they silence symptoms without restoring anything.
Root cause healing asks for responsibility, but with responsibility comes freedom, clarity, and a body that can finally thrive.
In the end, people would rather have their identities affirmed than their health transformed.
