Important Information for our Patients due to the COVID-19 Crisis...
We plan to continue serving our Patients, but will attempt to do so in a way that best protects both Patients and Staff.

In view of current and trending developments in the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and consistent with local/state/federal guidance, we are suspending face-to-face Patient appointments effective immediately and this will remain in effect until further guidance is disseminated. We are implementing a Contingency Plan which will allow us to continue to evaluate and treat existing patients. All Appointments are now conducted using Video Telemedicine (Doximity format) until further notice. We are working with Insurers in an attempt to continue billing for visits & collecting Co-Pays as per normal. It is possible that Insurers will decline payment & Patients could be responsible for the visit, but we do not expect that outcome. Please be flexible & understanding as we all attempt to navigate this new challenge...
