Primary Care:
Our Primary Care clinic will be closed December 24–26 and will reopen Monday with normal hours.

Urgent Care:
Christmas Eve (Dec 24): Open 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Christmas Day (Dec 25): Closed
Friday (Dec 26): Open with normal hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
