📢 Important Update: Our Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Dr. William J. Flynn, M.D., we value your time and strive to provide timely care for every patient. To help us better serve everyone, we have updated our appointment cancellation policy.

Effective July 1, 2026:

• No-Show Fee: $100.00
• Late Cancellation Fee: $75.00 for appointments canceled 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Charly Barker, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in internal medicine, primary care, urgent care, occupational health, chronic disease management, and hospital-based care as a nurse practitioner. Her clinical background also includes bedside nursing experience in skilled nursing, pulmonary/progressive care, and intensive care, giving her a well-rounded foundation in both acute and long-term patient care.
Charly is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through thorough assessments, individualized treatment plans, preventive health, and clear patient education. She strives to help patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their health decisions.
Outside of the clinic, Charly enjoys life with her husband, their blended family of six children, and their birds. She enjoys spending time with family, caring for her birds, and practicing Qigong. Her full family life and personal wellness practices help her bring warmth, balance, and real-world understanding to the care she provides.
