Everyone Please be safe during this Hurricane! Anxiety has a tendency to increase during these times , focus on things that you can control! Events like Bad weather, hurricanes,and tornadoes can trigger emotional responses especially if you have experienced a traumatic event like this in the past! Please surround yourself with family, friends, neighbors, and other love ones! Prayer is a powerful tool also! I pray that everyone makes it through this Hurricane safe and protected!
