Recovery takes more than time. It takes intentional rehab, rebuilding strength, restoring movement, and gradually returning to sport the right way.

Is it soreness…or are you actually injured?

Normal soreness usually feels like:
✓ Dull or achy
✓ Happens on both sides of the body
✓ Improves after a few days

An injury is more likely to feel:
🚩 Sharp or pinpointed
🚩 Persistent or getting worse
🚩 Painful during normal movement
🚩 Changing how you move or perform

A good rule of thumb?

If it’s lingering, getting worse, or affecting movement, you should consult with a professional.

They are so important and will actually help you perform better!

A rest day doesn’t always mean sitting still.

It can mean:
• walking
• mobility work
• recovery movement
• fueling your body well

Sometimes the best thing you can do for performance is recover.

Foam rolling can be helpful, if you’re doing it correctly.

A few common mistakes we see:

❌ rolling too fast
❌ using too much pressure
❌ randomly rolling without a goal

The goal isn’t to cause pain, it’s to improve circulation, reduce tension, and support recovery.
