💙 A Small Office Fee Update Effective September 1 2026

I wanted to personally let everyone know about a small change coming to Medlen Family Care.

Over the past few years, I've done everything I can to keep my office visit prices as affordable as possible. Unfortunately, like every other small business, we've seen continued increases in the cost of medical supplies, equipment, technology, utilities, insurance, and other operating expenses.

To help offset these rising costs while continuing to provide the personalized care you expect, established patient office visits will increase from $65 to $70.

I know every dollar matters, and I didn't make this decision lightly. Even with this small adjustment, my goal remains the same: to provide quality, affordable healthcare with the time, compassion, and personal attention every patient deserves.

Thank you for supporting a small, independent family practice. Your trust means more than you know, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to care for you and your family.

Please expect delayed response times during this closure period.

Medlen Family Care Update:

Holly Medlen, APRN will be on vacation and unavailable June 5 through June 14. Anna will still be available for scheduling and office assistance and may be able to contact Holly for urgent issues if appropriate, but provider availability is not guaranteed during this time.
If you experience a medical emergency or urgent medical concern, please seek care at urgent care or the emergency room.

From June 15 through June 21, all appointments will be TELEHEALTH ONLY. Any in-person appointments scheduled during that week will be converted to telehealth visits.
