Make your own medicine at home. This is fire cider. An alkalizing and congestion clearing drink to be used during viruses, flus and even allergies. It also warms the body and promotes circulation.
1 quart good apple cider
1/2 cup ginger root
1/2 cup turmeric root
1 bunch sage
1 sprig lavender flower
1/2 fresh cayenne pepper
1/2 cup honey
Marinate 2-4 weeks
Shake daily
