Lately, almost every conversation I’ve had seems to circle back to the same thing:
People are exhausted.
Not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
Old wounds resurfacing. Relationship dynamics becoming impossible to ignore. Patterns we thought we had “moved past” suddenly showing back up again. A feeling that the usual distractions and coping mechanisms aren’t working the same way anymore.
It feels collective somehow.
Like we’ve entered a time where avoidance is no longer sustainable.
I wrote a new piece called “The Era of Avoidance Is Over” exploring why so many people may be experiencing this right now through both a nervous system and personal growth lens.
Some of the themes explored:
• unresolved patterns and emotional suppression
• inherited conditioning and generational cycles
• nervous system overload and burnout
• gratitude without bypassing reality
• learning to work through emotions instead of distracting from them

It feels like something deeper is happening right now. Old wounds, relationship patterns, emotional triggers, and long-standing struggles are surfacing everywhere. What if this isn’t random chaos, but a collective invitation to finally face what’s been buried beneath the surface?
