I had the honor of walking in the 58th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade with my family and meeting so many incredible people along the route. This community means everything to me, and days like today remind me why I’m running.

Today I filed my candidacy.

For most of my adult life, I’ve had the privilege of serving others, first in uniform, then as a physician. In both roles, the responsibility was the same: show up prepared, act with integrity, and put people first.

I’m stepping forward because Clark County deserves steady, accountable leadership. Public service isn’t about status. It’s about stewardship. It’s about managing resources wisely and protecting the trust placed in us.

I don’t take that lightly.

I’m grateful for the support of my family and our community as we begin this next chapter.

I’ve been asked what values guide how I lead and make decisions. For me, it’s pretty simple. The values I learned in the Air Force shaped how I show up as an adult, my Christian faith grounds how I treat people, and my responsibility to my family and community comes first. Leadership isn’t about recognition. It’s about service, accountability, and doing what’s right even when nobody is watching. My goal has always been to put the community before myself and leave things better than I found them.
