Lancaster County Osteopathic & Integrative Health We want to meet you where you are on your health journey, we will help you set health goals, and give you the tools to reach them. What does that Mean?

Those tools include osteopathic treatments, integrative medicine, and other services. At LCOIH we practice Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Integrative Medicine. Our medical director is an Osteopathic physician Dr. Boyer, DO. Dr Eric Lake, DO is also part of the team. At LCOIH, we strive to get people healthy. We value real health by promoting education about simple nutrition, true motion a

nd toxin management. We empower people with good sound information and help them make great choices. The body was created to heal itself. In order for that to happen 3 things need to be in place. 1. Your body needs to be moving well. This means how you are moving your body through exercise, but also how your insides move. As Osteopathic Physicians we learn how the whole body moves including: The spine, head, brain and internal organs like your liver.2. You need to lower your burden of toxins. Toxins can mean a lot of different things. Bacteria, foods, stress and some medications can serve as toxins to your body. We need to remove those or manage them.3. You need the proper nutrition. We teach people that eating real/ whole foods mean eating organic, non-GMO and minimally processed foods.

CALLING ALL DOs ( please erase if not allowed)

Just posting about a course, I am teaching cosponsored through our local osteopathic or Delaware Valley Academy of osteopathy as well as the AAO. It is 18.5 credits and only $600 and includes all food for the weekend.

I will be hosting the course at my office and hoping to create a community atmosphere with lots of networking and great food.

The course is entitled OMT considerations in pregnancy and postpartum. I have taught this course in Germany over the last eight years.

And I am so excited to finally teach it here.

I am intentionally keeping it small. So register as soon as you might know.

Just over here being proud of our patients. Renee no longer has Gerd symptoms or joint pain. Is becoming incredibly proficient at carrying for her body, both physically and spiritually. We were created to be body mind and spirit. And when we ignore any of the three, it can manifest itself as physical illness.! Renee, we are so proud of you for all the hard work that you've put in to this point. Keep it up. God is so Good!
