Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Maintenance / Yard Work professional to keep outdoor spaces safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, perform a variety of maintenance tasks, and contribute to the upkeep of landscaped areas and property infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to maintaining grounds, landscaping features, and outdoor equipment. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in landscape maintenance, construction support, and general property upkeep.

Duties

Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive turf.
Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and applying horticultural practices.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, pruning, and installing landscape elements.
Conduct snow removal during winter months to keep walkways clear and safe.
Putting together office furniture, moving office furniture.
Keep maintenance and tools organized and picked up.

Requirements

Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely.
Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable.
Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.
Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for lifting heavy objects is essential.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward property maintenance and safety standards.
Prior experience supporting construction or landscaping projects using appropriate tools and techniques is preferred. Join us to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor project support!
