What You’ll Do:
✔ Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
✔ Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
✔ Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
✔ Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
✔ Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
✔ Help shape and grow a high-quality ABA program
Qualifications:
✅ Current BCBA Certification
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
