✨ A more defined neck. A renewed sense of confidence. A moment she’ll never forget.

As she prepared for her wedding, this 23-year-old patient wanted to improve the fullness of her neck, something that had always bothered her. After two sessions of CoolSculpting elsewhere failed to deliver the results she hoped for, she consulted Dr. Parker to explore other options.

During her consultation, Dr. Parker explained that her neck fullness was caused by deep-seated fat beneath the platysma muscles. He performed a Minimal-Incision Neck Contouring procedure under local anesthesia, combining deep fat removal, medial platysmaplasty to bring the muscles together, and liposuction of the sides of the neck to create a more refined contour.

Her recovery was comfortable, and she was thrilled with her results. But the moment that truly captured the impact of her transformation happened while she was trying on her wedding dress.

As she looked in the mirror, she began to cry. Her mother thought she was overwhelmed by how beautiful the dress was.

Her response? “I love the dress, but I am really crying because I love my beautiful new neck, which I have never had.”🤍

Every patient has a unique vision for their results, and choosing the right implant is an important part of bringing that vision to life.

This patient desired fuller breasts, sharing that while her breasts increased in size during pregnancy, they eventually returned to their pre-pregnancy size.

During her sizing consultation, she initially selected 375cc Mentor Moderate Profile Plus implants but expressed a preference for Motiva Demi implants. After discussing her options, Dr. Parker identified the corresponding 380cc Motiva implant to better align with her preferences.

The takeaway? Implant selection is about more than just the number of cc’s. Implant brand, profile, shape, dimensions, and your individual anatomy all play a role in determining the final result.

✨ A breast implant revision, a secondary breast lift, and a Parker Tummy Tuck—all tailored to her goals.

This 50-year-old patient came to Dr. Parker after losing 55 pounds and maintaining a stable weight. Her goals? Refine the size and shape of her breasts, restore upper pole fullness, and achieve a flatter, more contoured abdomen and hips.

Here’s what her personalized surgical plan included:

✨ Breast Implant Revision: Her original 540 cc saline implants were replaced with 475 cc Motiva Smooth Round Demi implants to reduce breast diameter while enhancing projection and upper pole fullness.

✨ Secondary Breast Lift: A repeat vertical, or “lollipop,” mastopexy helped refine breast shape and positioning.
