Our teams have been working diligently to strengthen our presence throughout Essex County, build meaningful community connections, and increase awareness of the behavioral health services available to individuals and families.

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Care Plus NJ is committed to expanding access to comprehensive, inclusive behavioral healthcare. Our Open Access Behavioral Health Walk-In Center in Bloomfield provides same-day access to care, helping individuals connect with support when they need it.

Today, on Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, we honor the babies gone too soon and hold space for the parents, families, and loved ones who carry their memory.

Whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, every loss matters, every story deserves to be heard, and every family deserves compassion and support.

Grief has no timeline, and no one should have to navigate it alone.

At Care Plus NJ, our Maternal & Family Center provides compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral health support to individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Our Executive Senior Vice President of Crisis and Community Services and Bergen County CIT Coordinator, Amie Del Sordo, had the honor of welcoming participants and opening the training.

Amie, alongside Jen Velten, Senior Director of Trauma Services, also hosted a resource table, sharing information about Care Plus NJ's behavioral health services and resources available to veterans and military-connected individuals.
