Patient Spotlight: Beto
Beto has been part of our Signature family for almost 8 years, receiving both skilled and non-skilled care. He shared how much it means to him to have consistent, caring providers:
“Amanda has been good about matching me with a provider. With other companies, you get a different provider every day. I didn’t like that. Carol has been with me for years now and I love her to death. We sit and talk a lot. I share things with her that I don’t always share with other people. We talk about our faith and encourage each other. Carol helps me around the house, and sometimes we run errands in town. She knows me and has earned my trust. I enjoy her company so much.”
On the skilled side, Beto has nothing but praise for his nurse, Pook:
“I really like Pook. I think she is a wonderful person and she is super nice. She helps me with whatever I need.”
We are so grateful for the trust Beto has placed in us and proud of the incredible care and companionship Carol and Pook provide. 💙
