West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Home Health and Hospice was honored to participate in the Stroke Awareness Event at West Tennessee Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital Cane Creek!

Our team enjoyed the opportunity to connect with patients, families, caregivers, and community members while sharing information about the home health and hospice services available throughout our communities. Events like these help raise awareness about stroke prevention, recovery, and the resources available to support patients on their healthcare journey.

Thank you to Cane Creek Rehabilitation Hospital for hosting this important event and for allowing us to be a part of it. We are proud to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to improving the lives of those we serve.
