Today we had the honor of celebrating a very special milestone, Ms. Velma’s 100th Birthday! 🎉🎂

Ms. Velma is a true blessing and an inspiration to everyone who knows her. When asked the secret to living 100 years, her simple yet powerful response was, “Be kind to others, love each other, and trust the Lord.” What wonderful words to live by! Her kindness, faith, and sass have touched so many lives throughout the years. We are grateful to have shared this special day with her as she celebrated a century of memories, love, and wisdom.

Happy 100th Birthday, Granny! May your day be filled with joy, laughter, and all the love you have so generously given to others throughout your remarkable life. We love you! ❤️

We wrapped up CNA Week with a fun-filled Crazy Sock Day! Our team had a blast competing in Sock Showdown before enjoying a delicious pizza party generously provided by our charge nurses and weekend supervisor. 🧦🤪

Today's backdrop featured some amazing posters and banners created by our charge nurses, adding the perfect finishing touch to a wonderful week of celebration. A special thank you from all of our CNAs to our charge nurses for decorating the units and helping make this week so memorable.

We also want to thank everyone who played a part in celebrating our incredible CNAs. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to our residents never go unnoticed. The 2026 CNA Week is officially in the books at Henry County Health & Rehab! We are grateful for each and every one of our CNAs. They are the heart of our community! 💙🤗

Day 4 of CNA Week was all about Tie-Dye! Just like tie-dye, every CNA brings something unique and beautiful to our community. Today, our amazing HR department presented each CNA with a special gift. One of the sweetest moments of the day was when the CNAs asked to sit together in a circle on the floor and open their gifts like it was Christmas morning. Their excitement was contagious and everyone loved the t-shirts! 🌀

A special thank you to Leah Rogers with Tennessee Quality Care for providing lunch. Not only did she serve the meal, but she also handled the grilling! We also want to give a big shoutout to our therapy department for surprising our CNAs with gift bags. 🤗

The fun continued with an exciting volleyball game. Ms. Ray and Mr. Leach did an amazing job serving as our resident team captains! In the end, everyone was a winner because there is no "I" in teamwork and that spirit was on full display today. We can’t thank our CNAs enough for being so incredible each and every day! 💙

Everyone had a blast competing in a high-energy game of Hungry Hungry Hippos followed by a heated championship round that kept everyone on edge! To wrap up the fun, we enjoyed delicious Crumbl Cookies. It was a perfect way to celebrate our amazing team! 🍪

Day 2 of celebrating our amazing CNAs was all about sports! We held a co****le tournament, played a game of baseball, and even scored a few touchdowns. The rain tried to slow us down, but we simply moved the fun indoors and enjoyed a popcorn bar and sodas instead! ⚾️🍿🥤
