March marks six months of Unknot & Unwind! These first six months have been an incredible and rewarding start to my career, and I am beyond grateful for the support, encouragement, and trust you have all shown. Below are a few exciting and important updates as we continue building toward many more successful years ahead.
📆 Availability Update
Monday: 11am-5:30pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8am-4pm
⏰ Cancellation Policy
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost
• Fees will be requested via Venmo and must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled
By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize any applicable fees to be requested via Venmo.
📅 Rate Update Notice
Starting March 1, my session rates will be updated to reflect demand and long-term sustainability. I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support and can’t wait to keep working with you!
