This type of intensive allows the nervous system to engage in deep healing and reset. The equivalent of months of weekly therapy with life long tools to move forward.
Frequently asked questions:
Do I need to talk about my trauma or the things that happened to me? No, not unless you want to. We can use ‘blind to the therapist protocol’ for EMDR which allows the person to process the traumas without disclosing it to others.
Will there be homework? Yes, some. Self work can be done in any learning style and communication style. Frequently chosen adaptations include video journals, auditory journals, drawings, prayers, or meditation. The content of the self work does not need to be shared with the clinician and will be for self review/ insight only.

Can kids do this? yes and no
This type of therapy requires abstract thought and insight work. Typically: Children 16 to 18 can participate.
Can I attend with my family? No this type of intensive is for individual nervous system reset work. We do have family intensives and you’re welcome to contact us for additional information regarding Family intensives.
How much does it cost?
$1850.00 this includes the initial consultation, two day intensive and the pre-and post Telehealth sessions, as well as a workbook tailored specifically to each participant.
I need extensive privacy with my concerns, is that available?
Yes, and always. Confidentiality and privacy are built into our location witch is nature based, private, and rural.
