Today I had the pleasure of working with a client who recently returned from a guided safari hunting trip in South Africa. As a thoughtful gesture, he tipped me in South African Rand and gifted me a 3D-printed oryx skull representing one of the animals he harvested during his travels. Such a unique addition to my studio and a reminder of the interesting stories and experiences clients bring with them.

During our session, we focused on somatic massage therapy. Somatic massage combines therapeutic touch with body awareness, helping clients reconnect with physical sensations, release stored tension, and improve the mind-body connection. This approach can support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and overall relaxation.

Every client has a unique story, and it’s always an honor to be part of their wellness journey. 🤍
