What are we busy with at Lake Country Associates?
Alyssa, Sally, and Jessica are spending the month of June training to provide a new service to our communities.

The Families Moving Forward (FMF) Program supports caregivers and their children by providing:
✓ Deep understanding of prenatal exposure to alcohol and its brain-based impact
✓ Evidence-based intervention specifically designed for PAE/FASD and challenging behaviors.

The evidence: FMF is one of only four behavior interventions recommended by the CDC for FASD. Research shows it decreases child disruptive behaviors, improves parent competence, and increases family hope.

Lake Country Associates is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Experienced Mental Health Practitioner for its Park Rapids ARMHS Program. A Mental Health Practitioner provides a variety of rehabilitation services and skills training to clients with serious and persistent mental illness. These services are based in the community and are scheduled around the staff and client's availability. Mental Health Practitioners work in coordination with the Mental Health Professional and county case managers to teach social skills and mental health rehabilitative services.
