Earlier this month, our CHI St. Joseph’s Health team traded our work badges for fire hoses at the Park Rapids Water Wars! Our cross-departmental dream team gave it everything we had, but we'll leave the fire-fighting to the experts and stick to the healthcare.

A huge thanks to the Park Rapids Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce for organizing such a fun local tradition and thanks to everyone who came out to cheer us on!

Meet Grace, one of our summer interns at CHI St. Joseph's Health! 🎉

Grace, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Emergency Department, has been gaining invaluable experience this summer. We're incredibly proud to share that Grace was also one of our Foundation scholarship recipients this year, receiving $1,000 to support her pursuit of her career in health care!

"Honestly, I’ve been having a blast interning in the ER," says Grace. "It’s definitely fast-paced and keeps me busy, but the team here is so much fun to work with. It’s been a great reminder of why I want to work in healthcare and I’m loving every minute of it!"

We wish Grace all the best in her studies and future endeavors. We hope to see her back at CHI St. Joseph's Health in the future!
