Join Leslie for an evening designed to bring out your inner goddess. The workshop starts with yoga to open up your hips and heart, reminding your inner goddess to shine. We will then shift into a fun celebration of belly dancing to connect with your inner goddess and have a great time.

No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and be ready to shake your hips and awaken your inner goddess!

Preston Klik's Ocean Of Devotion GONG MEDITATION is a gentle-but-dynamic, 90-minute (including talking) acoustic journey, often very quiet, but at times powerfully intense. Preston plays a 36-inch OCEAN GONG, plus Native flute, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, mondolina, ocean & frame drums, chimes, etc. His "portable temple" is surrounded by candles. This richly cinematic musical odyssey-meditation is as beautiful to the eye as it is to the ear, heart, body, mind, and spirit.

Through gentle guided movement/somatic practices ending in a meditative practice of “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra, you will experience a pathway to peace, clarity and personal transformation.
