Wearing daily disposable contact lenses may offer a lower risk of serious eye infections. However, if they are used incorrectly and come into contact with bacteria, viruses, or parasites, it is still possible to develop an eye infection. To ensure the safety of your eyes, please avoid activities such as swimming, showering, sleeping, or taking naps while wearing your contact lenses.

A California Pharmaceutical company is recalling over 3 million bottles of eye drops distributed nationwide. These eye drops were distributed by companies such as Kroger, Walgreens, H-E-B, CVS, and others. We have never recommended any of these drops to our patients. The reason for this recall is a lack of assurance of sterility in the products.
