I specialize in Thai Massage which is an ancient form of bodywork thought to originate over 2500 years ago by Buddhist Monks. Most of my current clients choose the 2 or 3 hour monthly Thai massage option. There are packages to make this healthy gift to yourself a manageable financial investment. There are also 45, 60, & 90-minute treatment options. Like any artist, I blend my unique background in nutrition, health coaching, yoga, and mindfulness to create a tailored wellness plan for you.
