FYI… We know why your turns aren’t reaching their full potential.

Technique alone won’t cut it. Dancers need strength, stability, and control to execute skills correctly and perform at their highest level.

With Mia’s 10+ years of competitive dance experience, including D1A collegiate dance, and Chrissy’s 20+ years of working with dancers, we understand what it takes to maintain the demands of dance today.

At Precision Performance Sports Medicine, we help dancers build the strength behind their technique. 💪

💬 Comment “STRENGTH” if you’re ready to start working on your turns the RIGHT way!

Single Leg RDL + Penché with the Hawkettes today!!🦅

This exercise combines single-leg strength with the control and mobility needed for a penché. It challenges the hamstrings, glutes, core, and balance while building strength through a large range of motion.

A great movement for dancers working on strength, stability, and control!💪
