Support the kids at Briggs Beginnings on Friday, June 26th at their lunch and lemonade stand while supporting childcare!!

The hot dog and lemonade stand will be set up by the First United Bank sign on Briggs Ave. from 11AM until 1PM on Friday, June 26th. We'll see you there!!!

Due to wet conditions at the park and this morning's forecasted weather, the Healthy Kids Having Fun event scheduled for today (Wednesday, June 3rd) at 9:30AM has been cancelled. We hope to see you next week!

The FCHC Auxiliary's Rhubarb Fest is next week - happening on Wednesday, June 10th - at the Park River American Legion from 11AM until 1PM!

There will be lunch, a bake sale, and gift items for purchase. Being that it's Rhubarb Fest, there will be rhubarb desserts and rhubarb bake sale items, and there will be plenty of options for non-rhubarb lovers as well.

Proceeds from the Auxiliary's Rhubarb Fest, along with sales from the gift cases at FCHC, support First Care Health Center. We are very grateful for the Auxiliary and all that they do to support the Mission of FCHC!

The annual FCHC Benefit Golf Tournament ~ In Memory of Dan Young is officially FULL with teams!

We are beyond excited to announce that the field is full for the annual golf tournament on July 10th! This incredible feat wouldn't be possible without our wonderful sponsors, whose unwavering generosity and heart for our Mission continue to drive us forward. While team spots are filled, event sponsorships are still available and greatly appreciated to support the cause.

At First Care Health Center, we're proud to recognize the important role speech-language pathologists have in helping people communicate, connect, and thrive at every stage of life.

Megan, Speech-Language Pathologist at FCHC, provides compassionate, personalized care to patients of all ages — from supporting young children as they develop communication skills to helping adults and older adults regain and strengthen speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive abilities.

Communication is a vital part of everyday life, and early intervention and specialized therapy can make a meaningful difference!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — A time to focus on the importance of mental health and its impact on our well-being while also fostering open dialogues, cultivating empathy and understanding.

We have been wearing green on Wednesdays in May, an initiative spearheaded by our Senior Life Solutions team, to raise awareness about mental health and to serve as a reminder that your mental health matters. Reach out to professionals if you need help and check in with others. As always, we are here for you — all day, every day, all year.
