Okay I have to share this because I get asked about sugar cravings constantly. 👀

My go-to when I want something sweet: unsweetened applesauce + a scoop of psyllium husk. That’s it. It gives you that natural sweetness and actual bulk without the sugar crash after — and honestly it’s not even a “diet trick” for me anymore, it’s just what I reach for.

The myth that won’t die: Botox lasts exactly 3 months. 🙄

It doesn’t — and treating it like a countdown timer is how people end up disappointed (or over-injected trying to “keep up”).

The truth: your results depend on your muscle strength, metabolism, and dose. 2 to 5 months is completely normal. There’s no universal clock.

That’s the myth nobody says out loud — that the less you do, the more “natural” it is. Like restraint means doing nothing at all.

It doesn’t.

Natural is a skill. It takes more training, not less, to know exactly where to place something, how much to use, and when to stop — so the result reads as you, only rested.

Restraint on purpose is a standard. Restraint by accident is just luck.

If you want results people can’t quite place, it starts with the right assessment. Not a smaller order.

That’s the whole point. 🤍

That fear didn’t come from nowhere. It came from every rushed consult where the plan was already decided before you sat down. Where nobody asked what “natural” even means to you.

That’s not how this works here.

Before I ever suggest anything, I ask. I look. I listen for what you actually want, not what looks good on someone else’s face.

Because the fear isn’t really about the treatment. It’s about not being heard first.

The biggest lie about Daxxify isn’t the price. It’s the name.

Everyone hears “six-month Botox” and books it expecting to skip half a year of appointments. That’s not what you’re getting.

Here’s what’s actually happening: roughly double the units, which buys you about four to six extra weeks over regular Botox. That’s it. That’s the whole myth, corrected.

I could let that name do the selling for me. Plenty of injectors do. I’d rather tell you the boring, accurate version than the exciting, wrong one.

Boring and true beats exciting and false. Every time.

This is a real text. Forwarded to me by a client who wanted her friend to book.

“It’s like having a best friend who’s also a master injector. Zero pressure, too. She’ll tell you if you don’t need something.”

I didn’t write that. I didn’t ask for it. It just showed up in my inbox one day, and I’ve thought about it every time I’ve been tempted to say yes to something I shouldn’t.

This is what I’m actually going for. Not a sales pitch dressed up as a relationship..an actual one, where the honesty is the whole point.
