✨ A Weekend of Healing, Connection & Sacred Presence ✨

My heart is so full of gratitude after this beautiful first weekend ceremony. 🤍🌿

There are moments in ceremony that words can never fully capture… the tears that needed to be released, the laughter that came from the deepest places, the moments of vulnerability, the bonding, the dancing, the silence, and the beautiful feeling of simply being present with one another.

I am deeply grateful for every moment that unfolded exactly as it needed to. For the healing that took place, for the courage to look within, to feel, to release, and to open to something greater.

A special thank you to my loving Ayawna (Sissy) and Daniel (my son) for being there and sharing their beautiful gifts, love, presence, and medicine with the space. Your presence made this weekend even more special. 🙏🏽❤️

And to those who chose to show up for themselves—to step into this sacred space with an open heart, courage, and willingness to journey within—thank you for trusting the process and allowing yourselves to receive. 🌿✨

This is what sacred community feels like to me:
healing together, laughing together, crying together, dancing together, and remembering that we are never truly alone on this journey.

ARE WE HEALING… OR ARMORING OURSELVES?

🌿 A pause along the path of the dieta.

There comes a moment on the spiritual path when we have to stop and ask ourselves:

Am I moving toward healing… or am I still preparing for a battle that no longer exists?

Many people arrive in the Amazon searching for peace.
For understanding.
For answers to wounds they have carried for years.
For a deeper connection with themselves, with Spirit, and with the sacred intelligence of the Earth.

And then the real journey begins.

The jungle does not come to teach us fear.
It comes to teach us how to listen.

The Master Plants invite us beyond the stories of separation—beyond “me” and “them,” beyond the constant search for what might be attacking us—and into a deeper encounter with ourselves.

🌿 To***co is not an armor.
It is breath, presence, focus, alignment, and connection.

🌿 The dieta is not preparation for war.
It is a return to the Earth, to silence, to discipline, and to the ancient wisdom within the body.

🌿 Clarity does not need to fight darkness.
When presence becomes deep enough, many things simply lose their power over us.

True protection is born from inner sovereignty.

When we stop giving our power to fear, we no longer need to live in constant vigilance, searching for invisible enemies or interpreting every challenge as an external attack.

The medicine can take us somewhere much deeper.

It can teach us to become still.
To listen.
To discern.
To release.
To trust.
To remember.

Perhaps the question is not:

“How do I protect myself from everything outside of me?”

But rather:

“What within me is asking to be healed, so that I can walk through this world without fear?”

🌿 The jungle does not teach us to build stronger armor.
It teaches us to grow deeper roots.

And when our roots become deep enough, we begin to remember who we truly are.

I have come to realize that the deeper I walk this path, the less I seem to know.

There was a time when I searched endlessly for answers.

I wanted certainty.
I wanted clarity.
I wanted to understand the mysteries of life.

But somewhere along the way, something shifted.

I began to notice that the most profound moments were not when I found an answer.

They were when I became still enough to experience what could not be explained.

A sunrise.
A moment of silence.
A feeling of gratitude with no reason attached to it.
A deep sense of connection to something greater than myself.

The mind often seeks understanding.

The soul often seeks remembrance.

Perhaps the spiritual journey is not about becoming more.
