Not sure what this next chapter and life season has in store for you? Take yourself out on a new walk — find a very literal new path. Walk it, boldly. Sometimes when we physically take action, the mind and soul follow.

The best things in life aren’t things. They’re people and excellent life advice!

If you are a woman in her 40s, 50s or 60s I hope you feel the courage to say what you really mean instead of trying to placate everyone around you. This is midlife. We are done with that ladies! Especially come perimenopause and menopause. No more stifling thoughts and feelings.

Life is too short to keep your thoughts and emotions bottled up like a fine wine that you never drink or offer to anyone. Say what’s been on your mind, speak your truth, and trust that the people you need to say it to can handle it. And if they can’t? That’s not your responsibility. It’s theirs. Their reaction is not your responsibility - a little louder for the ladies in the back. 😉
