If you’re taking a GLP-1, I want you to think about more than just eating less.
When your appetite changes, it can become really easy to unintentionally under-eat protein, fiber, fluids and other nutrients your body still needs.
My biggest nutrition priorities would be:
→ **Protein** — make it a priority at meals and snacks.
→ **Fiber** — berries, chia, veggies, beans, oats… keep them in the rotation.
→ **Hydration** — don’t let drinking enough water fall off your radar.
→ **Smaller, nutrient-dense meals** — you don’t have to force yourself to eat a huge plate.
→ **Muscle** — protein + strength training matter when you’re losing weight.
And probably the biggest mindset shift:
**“How little can I eat?” is not the goal.**
Instead ask:
**“How can I make the food I DO eat count?”**
If you’re considering a GLP-1, I partnered with **MaxLifeMD**, which offers GLP-1 care.
You can use my code **LAUREL50** for **$50 off your first purchase.**
I earn 20% commission on a new customer’s first purchase if you use my code.
Save this if you’re navigating nutrition while taking a GLP-1, and send it to someone who could use it.
