To all of my amazing clients and athletes —
I wanted to let everyone know that I will be taking some time away from massage therapy for approximately 4–6 weeks due to an upcoming full hip replacement surgery.
Over the last year, I have done everything possible to avoid this route. I’ve utilized every resource I have available to me — physical therapy, chiropractic care, red light therapy, strength work, recovery protocols, and more — hoping I could preserve my hip and continue working without surgery. Unfortunately, due to severe hip dysplasia, I am not a candidate for hip preservation, and after a long process, a full hip replacement has become the best option for my long-term health and ability to continue doing the work I love.
To say I’m frustrated would be an understatement. This has been an emotional and difficult decision, especially because caring for and helping all of you is such a huge part of my life. But I am committed to healing properly so I can come back stronger, healthier, and able to continue supporting my clients and athletes at the level they deserve.
I have intentionally scheduled surgery for August 25th because it is incredibly important to me to follow through on my commitments to all of my hardworking athletes and clients as much as possible before I step away to recover.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding during this chapter. I truly appreciate this community more than I can put into words, and I look forward to getting back to doing what I love as soon as I’m able.

I will go ahead and start booking clients the week of Sept 28th so let me know if you'd like to pre-book your end of September and October appointments.
