While we were at Bayler’s concert supporting his musical career… Archie apparently decided to pursue a career in organized crime.

Came home to a full pantry hit job.
Crackers gone. Snacks everywhere. Zero remorse.

What really gets me is the casual walk through the crime scene like he’s the victim here.

My brother, Bayler, is apparently playing the trumpet next year. Which means I sat through the first home practice today and, quite honestly, I feel I contributed.

So I would just like to know when my official invitation to 5th grade band arrives because clearly this is now a duet.

Late to sharing these pics of Arch and I at Kothe Memorial- Parkersburg Public Library! We had such a great time and met so many new friends. Arch especially liked the big windows where he was zoned in on the bunny and squirrel right outside the window! What a great area to relax with a good book!

Kobey and her therapy dog Archie are the humans (well… human and dog) behind The Pawse and Breathe Foundation—built on real life, real struggles, and zero interest in pretending everything is sunshine and rainbows.

Archie is a Labradoodle with a gift for knowing exactly who needs him and when. No big speeches, no fixing everything—just quietly showing up, sitting close, and reminding people they’re not alone. Honestly, he’s better at emotional support than most humans… but we’re working on that.

Kobey? She’s the one starting the conversations people avoid, saying the things others won’t, and calling out the “we’re fine” culture for what it is—complete garbage. Because the truth is, people are struggling everywhere, and ignoring it hasn’t exactly been a winning strategy.

Together, they show up in schools, at events, and in everyday moments to create space for real, honest conversations—the messy kind. The kind where you don’t have to have it all together. The kind where “I’m not okay” is actually allowed.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real. It’s about sitting in the hard stuff, even when it’s uncomfortable… especially when it’s uncomfortable.

If that makes people uncomfortable? Good. That means it’s working.

So here it is—no fluff, no filters, no pretending:

You don’t have to have it all together.
You just have to stay.
