Hey yall !
Few things:

1. I won’t be in this Friday (July 17th) and a lot of my week is already booked so if you’re a regular or just needing in - I would hop on and grab your spot before they are all taken.

2. I likely won’t be doing any weekends except for the occasional Saturday that I may open if I amazingly have no other prior commitments that day. The exception being if you contact me and we schedule a weekend session privately that works around my and your schedule - but weekend won’t have anymore public booking times.

3. August 9th-16th I’ll be on vacation and completely unavailable. I hate not being here for a whole week but some extended R&R time with my better half is definitely needed. However, up until then Im willing to schedule appointments outside of my normal hours IF privately contacted and booked in advance. So be sure to check your calendars , contact me, or head over to www.routinekneads.com to grab your spot surrounding the vacation dates !

Starting Monday the 18th, my online booking availability will typically be open from either 12 PM or 1 PM through 7–8 PM daily. I’ll no longer be leaving appointments before noon available for public online booking.

That being said — if you need a weekday morning appointment (Monday–Friday), feel free to contact me directly through my business number at 304-615-4844 (text, call, or voicemail). If I have availability and nothing else scheduled, I will gladly get you scheduled for an earlier session.

I will also have some Saturdays open for public online booking on the weekends I don’t have my kids and don’t already have prior obligations. Saturdays can also potentially be booked by contacting me directly if no availability is showing online — granted I’m able to accommodate the time you’re requesting.

• In-person personal training/coaching sessions (by appointment only)
• Online strength programming/coaching

For any training or programming inquiries, a consult will be required first — either in person, over FaceTime, or by phone — so we can go over goals, expectations, experience level, and what type of coaching/programming would best fit your needs.

Pricing will vary depending on the level and type of coaching/programming requested, as well as the amount of time involved.

I would just like to take a minute to address something in regards to this review and an even lengthier one left elsewhere - and this post reflects me as an individual, no other business or entity.

In session, I don’t talk to you unless you start conversation, and I certainly don’t speak on my personal life unless asked and only if it’s a matter I’m comfortable speaking about.

I’m not bothered by much - aside from being called a masseuse - but dont talk to me the entire session, and then leave me a bad review solely because I responded to your talking instead of ignoring you.

Also, if you don’t like the music I play - just ask, like others do, and I’ll change the music to whatever you want - like I do for others that ask.

I always tell clients - communication is key, if you don’t like something, tell me, otherwise I have no idea of your inner thoughts.

I contemplated this post - but after a year of no complaints and 66 5 star reviews, this one struck a cord and I felt I needed to address as it’s public on my massage book page.

Tiny reminders:

Books are closing earlier than normal on Friday (8th) and the second half that day is already booked up but I still have from 10am till around 3 open.

I will not be in this Saturday (9th) or Sunday (10th) while I relax and celebrate turning 35.

Monday (11th) I’ll be out of town for a birthday present and my books won’t be opening until 2pm on Tuesday (12th).

Have a few earlier than usual openings next week from 10am to 12pm (on top of my normal hours) on Tuesday the 28th and Friday May 1st.
