Rent: $600 / month (All utilities & Wi-Fi included! We will do $500/month for your first two months to help you seamlessly transition your clients over!)

🌟 OPTION 2: Part-Time Shared Room (Thursday – Sunday)

Get full run of the room during prime weekend booking days!

Bring your own setup, or ask us about using our spare massage table if you need one to get started!

Rent: $350 / month total for the block (All utilities & Wi-Fi included!)
