Veterinarians show extraordinary compassion and expertise in caring for animals, often under demanding circumstances. Zoetis, together with the Zoetis Foundation, strengthens this profession through support for mental health resources, debt relief, scholarships, continuing education, and programs that foster connection and belonging.

These efforts help ensure veterinarians feel supported in both the challenges and rewards of their work, allowing their dedication to continue shaping healthier lives for animals and the people who depend on them.

April was an eventful month across Zoetis, as teams around the world made time to connect, celebrate progress, and share expertise that supports the people and communities we serve.

From Brazil, where colleagues welcomed customers from across Latin America for the BioDevices event and hosted executives for a market visit, to Belgium, where our manufacturing site marked 500 days without a lost-time accident, safety and collaboration were front and center.

In France, members of our leadership team spent time with colleagues to learn more about the work underway across the market. And in Spain, sharing knowledge took shape through the first Poultry Meeting, bringing together 60 professionals to discuss key health challenges, as well as the launch of One Health Ambassadors with CEU Cardenal Herrera University, reaching 500+ students with lessons on how human, animal, and environmental health are connected.

➡️ Swipe through for a look at what teams around the world were up to.

As we mark five years of the Zoetis Foundation, we’re reflecting on what’s been possible through partnership with grantees around the world. From advancing opportunities for veterinary professionals and livestock farmers to supporting the next generation through student scholarships, the Foundation is focused on caring for those who care for animals.

We’re proud of the progress so far—and even more motivated by what comes next.

Because mAbs are proteins that can be recognized by the immune system as foreign, it is essential to design them to be compatible with the species in which they will be used.

In veterinary medicine, mAbs are engineered to be species-specific with the goal of reducing immune reactions.
