Families, you’ll notice something very different on our page regarding obituaries!

Our obituary posts are about to look A LOT different. Facebook has recently updated and restricted how we can share obituaries to our social media. While technology is constantly evolving, we will use this change to refocus on what is really important.

The quick access obituary link wasn't the win - the obituary ITSELF still matters.

Your family matters.

You’re loved one’s story matters.

The service information matters.

Rather than providing a basic web link, we are taking the opportunity to bring a full, beautiful post directly into your Facebook feed so our entire community can pause, remember, and experience everything about your loved one’s life that you want them to!

How Your Loved One’s Memory Will Be Honored
When we care for your loved one, their tribute will appear directly on our social media channels which will include:
• Portrait (for families opting out, place card holder photos will be available)
• Services/Informational Post
• Direct Website Connection
• Easy access to subscribe to obituaries as they are posted

Every post will include direct instructions to visit our official website to view the full memorial page with the ability to leave online condolences or send flowers.

Never Miss a Local Obituary Notification
Because social media algorithms change frequently, the absolute best way to ensure you never miss a service announcement for a neighbor or friend is to subscribe directly to updates on our website. Visit Forbes Hoffman Obits and sign up for email notifications delivered straight to you.

Thank you for allowing us to honor your families with the care and dignity they deserve. As always, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are available 24/7 at (620) 421-9000.
