is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our leasing office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7 days a week. We also offer after-hours tours by appointment.

Resident Spotlight: John

John is a valued member of the Astoria Park community—thoughtful, kind, and compassionate. He graduated from Los Angeles Harvard College and Long Beach State with a degree in Business Administration. After serving in the Navy, he had a fulfilling 25-year career at JPL as a computer programmer and team leader for data from spacecraft returning from Venus and Mars. A fan of the LA Dodgers, Rams, and Lakers, John believes in perseverance: "If at first you don't succeed, try again." He brings warmth and good stories to our community, and we cherish having him here. ⭐️
