Grateful for our EFT community đź’™
What a weekend in Vegas! Our LA EFT therapists showed up fully — we laughed, danced, leaned into learning, and let ourselves be moved and stretched into new territory in how we understand and apply the model.
A huge thank you to Lisa Palmer-Olsen and Jennine Estes Powell for their hard work bringing us together for this unforgettable Triage experience. Your dedication made this possible.
So proud to be part of this community. Here's to carrying what we learned back into our work with clients — and to the next time we get to be together like this. ✨

A recent New York Times article on Borderline Personality Disorder stayed with me after I read it. I appreciated the hope in the piece, and the awareness that it raises on treatment options. I also found myself thinking about attachment, and what it means to need closeness while never fully experiencing closeness as safe.
I wrote this reflection on the attachment story that can live beneath Borderline Personality Disorder: the fear of abandonment, the intense longing for connection, and the painful push and pull that can emerge in relationships when love has become intertwined with fear.
