Playhouse Pilates is a boutique fitness studio in South Pasadena offering programs based in Pilates concepts and principles. We specialize in private and semi-private instruction with experienced, certified instructors a

nd state-of-the-art programs, products, and equipment. Our mission is help you optimize your body and mind by teaching you how to breathe, align, define, strengthen, lengthen, shape your body, and clear your mind of stress and extra baggage. Our Pilates-based programs include Pilates Equipment & Mat, Yamuna Body Rolling, BalleCore, BalleCore BARRE Pilates, and Performing Arts Pilates. We also offer Chekhov, Classical Acting Technique, and Creative Thinking sessions and workshops.
