Founded in 1967, Casa is the first recovery home in Pasadena to specifically cater to the unique needs of women struggling with substance dependence. We provide a non-judgmental, inviting setting where healing and self-exploration are nurtured. Casa serves women from many backgrounds and circumstance

s who are given the opportunity to regain the skills and confidence they need to live productive, healthy and meaningful lives. Casa serves over 300 adult women per year of all ages, socio-economic, and ethnic backgrounds, who suffer from substance abuse disorders and addiction. Casa is an abstinence-based treatment program built around the concept that everyone within the therapeutic community contributes to creating a safe environment that generates the opportunity for recovery in each woman. Our individualized treatment plans and therapeutic approaches are adapted to meet the needs and situations of the individual woman, her family, and the group overall, and to address other issues which precipitated or are related to her substance abuse problem. Our facility is located in a lush, tree-lined residential area not far from Old Pasadena. We provide a non-judgmental, inviting setting where healing and self-exploration are fully nurtured and women from many backgrounds and circumstances are given the opportunity to regain the skills and confidence needed to live productive, healthy and meaningful lives.

Join the Rotary Club of Mental Health & Wellness for a special visit to Casa Treatment Center, followed by our club meeting and recognition of our 2026 Healing Hearts & Minds Behavioral Health Scholarship recipients.

This special gathering will bring together Rotary members, community partners, scholarship recipients, family, and friends as we celebrate emerging behavioral health leaders and learn more about Casa Treatment Center’s meaningful work.

The optional tour will be led by Nely Meza, LMFT, MBA, CEO of Casa Treatment Center and Board Secretary of the Rotary Club of Mental Health & Wellness. Nely will also share more about Casa’s mission and work during the club meeting.
