When Dr. Wafaa Alrashid opened her own practice in Pasadena, California, her goal was to provide excellent healthcare both inside and out. As a primary care physician, Dr. Alrashid emphasizes preventive and comprehensive care to ensure long-term health and wellness among her patients. She also understands that taking care of the body sometimes includes providing an extra boost on the outside. To that end, Dr. Alrashid has expanded her practice to include aesthetic treatments. Dr. Alrashid was born and raised in Logan, Utah, and received her bachelor of science degree at Utah State University. After graduating, Dr. Alrashid attended Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, and received her doctorate of medicine in 2004. Between 2004 and 2007, she completed her residency at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California, and continued to practice and teach as a hospitalist from 2007 through 2015. In 2015, she went into Primary Care and opened her own practice in Pasadena.

For those of us who do not take our “freedom” for granted. You are the true Americans. Immigrants are the ones who have added to the fabric of American society and make this country what it is today. Without immigration, the America we all know and love would not be what it is. And please please remember, we all live here on taken land. History is full of occupation and annihilation of societies and genocide of groups of people. We as Americans should never add or contribute to that gruesomeness. That is why I have LOVED this country, the only one I’ve known as home. America, please stay true to your beauty, your constitution, people’s rights, and freedoms. God bless America. ❤️🤍💙

You have always been, independent, strong, incredibly brilliant, (our rocket scientist), loving, you make the best hummus and salad in the world, and SO much love!!
