Client Testimonial 🌿

“ After 16 + years of dealing with anxiety that had progressed to the worst it's ever been in the last 3 years due to PTSD I felt hopeless and like I would go on the rest of my days living with anxiety, of course I had my good and my bad days but always living in fear of what might trigger it again . I was to the point where I felt drained on a daily basis and after being overstimulated at work with my tasks of daily living I would end up so drained and exhausted that all I wanted to do was sleep because that was the only time I felt normal.

I came across an influencer talking about Neurofeedback and what it had done for her, I didn’t hesitate to look it up and found vital head and spine...
I called and they were able to set me up right away with an appointment with Dr. Licata to review if I was a suitable candidate for this type of treatment ,once he decided I was I had a QEEG brain mapping and after reviewing my results he explained my situation and the process so well and gave me a game plan.

I came across the nicest group of people who not only make you feel welcomed but also cheer you on through your process and are very knowledgeable in what they do ,Bella is my lead brain trainer she is so knowledgeable and has This calming way about her and Mateo is also amazing and caring and you can tell they enjoy what they do .

I am now 20 sessions in and I can already see a major difference, I can enjoy things I couldn't before and just relax and watch television at night , something so simple that means the world when you've dealt with anxiety for years for days on end , it's not yet perfect but it's a training like going to the gym I can't expect it to be perfect two months in but it has restored my faith in being better and being the best version of myself which was being shielded before .

I would 1000 percent recommend neurofeedback for those who don't want to just coat their issues with medication and train/rewire their Brain . It's not going to be over night and it is a commitment keep in mind , but if that commitment leads to a better you , a healthier you it's worthwhile ..”
