I had such an incredible time WALKING and eating my way through New York for 3 days before teaching E&E!

My newest iteration was just a little smoother, a little more efficient, and a lot more effective at getting the points across to the many practitioners who travel from up and down the East Coast.

New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Virginia and North Carolina were all represented in Midtown today!

Yesterday I had the honor and privilege of sharing my E&E course with a contingent of Europeans on their continent! 7 different countries were presented!

I loved sharing my collection of things that I found to be useful and practical as it to knees, ankles, feet and scars.

First off, thank you to for giving me the opportunity and helping to organize the event.

If humans were completely screwed after their 1st ankle sprain, we wouldn’t have survived this long.

The new gait pattern you adopt immediately after spraining an ankle is 100% NOT the exact same gait pattern you HAD before the sprain.

For some people, the consequence isn’t felt or experienced until 10 years later. For others it’s 10 seconds later.

Don’t disregard your ankle sprains, whether you are a patient or a provider.

They are the Before and After of a real patient with a real problem that plagues too many real people out there.

This is a new patient, basketball player, in his mid 20s. 🏀

Restored ankle = he can aggressively attack the rim and truly plantar flex and jump off his L ankle.

Limited ankle = he adopts a new game or he has a permanent intermission (retires) from it.

Humans are faced with this decision every single day. It’s our job as competent professionals to help them back to the activity they love and let them walk away on THEIR terms.

This results are standard operating procedure from my E&E course.

Represented 6 months to the day since I added “teach a seminar” to my journey. It also had a lot of memorable moments.

I had my first repeat course takers:
performance.systems attended the live course for the second time as he wanted to fine tune and dial in his manual skills. I’m pretty confident he manage an ankle better than 90% of the practitioners out there now.

took the digital course while in Australia 🇦🇺, but wanted to experience the hands on while in America.

graduated from PT school 1 week ago, and starts his post graduate work with my course. I am completely honored.

came in and leveled-up his game, as did - to have post-graduate trained clinicians in the room was quite the delight!

Emily from Denver, CO came in with her 20 years of experience and osteopathic exposure and asked some really great questions.

My dude came down looking for answers for his clients and I think he found some!
_jmorept from the crew came down and will immediately apply this to PM’s stack of NFL and NBA clients!

All in all, I had a lot of fun and we had a great case study at the end. It’s a lot of material for 8 hours but everyone did great and got a chance to level up their brains and hands in the interest of restoring knees, ankles and feet!
