I provide marriage counseling as well as individual therapy for clients struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship issues. I take a holistic, integrative approach, and often blend approaches including CBT therapy, EFT couples therapy, mindfulness based therapy, somatic therapy and more. Let me help you slow down, relax your grip, and get back to the wellbeing and deep connection you deserve.

Over the past two years I’ve had the privilege of being able to expand my practice to continue to serve more clients as well as continue to widen a bit of my reach.

Since becoming a therapist, it’s been so meaningful to offer clients an opportunity to slow down, connect with themselves, their relationships, and their lives more deeply, and ultimately move with greater intention. Through so many of life’s highs and lows, I’ve gotten to be a significant partner along people’s journeys, and even grown and received just as much through what my clients have unknowingly given back to me.

The demand for therapy has grown so much over the past decade, and I feel grateful every day to get to do the work I do at such a full and rich point in time, let alone continue to grow a business that allows me to share and support even more largely.

I don’t know what the next decade will hold, but I do know that right now I continue to be so inspired by and in reverence of the clients that are investing in themselves and choosing to share and navigate their unfolding stories with us. If you or someone you know is curious about therapy, I’m happy to report that we finally have a growing capacity for new individual and couples clients. You can always lean more at wellfultherapy.com or email me directly at [email protected].

So many of our clients experience imposter syndrome. They panic when put on the spot, feel insecure in consistently comparing themselves to others, or live in fear of being "found out."

Learn how the concept of beginner's mind and embracing not having it all figured out can actually soften insecurity and increase your sense of confidence.

"What role has risk played in your life or career?" I loved personally considering this question from ShoutOut LA this month. From mindset and risk tolerance, to level of resource and plain hard work, our relationship to risk and its subsequent impact can evolve greatly over the span of our lives and careers.

Want to be less anxious? Change your relationship to change. This month I write about how the fires personally forced me to release my attachment to control and learn to embrace uncertainty and change.

Fear of the future, uncertainty and the unknown are all common causes of anxiety that often drive us to overwork, overplan, or even procrastinate as a result. Learn therapy techniques to help you better tolerate and even embrace uncertainty.

A sticky metaphor is one of my favorite tools in therapy. Here I share the metaphor of The Hungry Tiger from ACT Therapy, and what it can teach us about emotional intelligence and mental wellbeing.

As both a therapist and a trained yoga teacher, I love exploring the intersection between the two. This month I'm writing about just one of the amazing reasons yoga can be so beneficial therapeutically. Enjoy!

This morning I stumbled on a page from one of my old yoga teacher notebooks. It was a list of prompts I often used in class to guide my students—specifically in my yin yoga classes, where patience, stillness, and discomfort are often some of the most challenging parts of the practice...
