The energy of August is always peculiar. For many of us it marks a moment of change as kids head back to school, we fit in end of season travels, and try to enjoy the peak of the season. It’s hot. It’s busy, maybe even a little chaotic and intense.

Which is exactly why we think this is a good (necessary!!) time to slow down.
